Barrie Real Estate Market Update February 2019

In February 2019 for detached and semi-detached homes, Barrie saw an average sale price of $498,725 which was an increase from the average sale price last month. There was a total of 78 detached homes sold for January which was an increase from the number of homes sold in January. The average days on market was 25. The average list price was $590,756  for January. Total sales volume for February was $40,341,866 which was an increase in sales volume compared to January.
