Barrie Real Estate Market Update July 2019 – In July 2019 for detached and semi-detached homes, Barrie saw an average sale price of $537,653 which was a slight increase from the average sale price last month. There was a total of 138 detached homes sold for July which was a decrease from the number of homes sold in June. The average days on market was 28. The average list price was $601,345 for July and the total sales volume was $74,494,114 which was a decrease in sales volume compared to June.
