In June 2018 for detached homes, Barrie saw an average sale price of $534,169 which was a 1.13% decrease from the average sale price last month. There was a total of 169 detached homes sold for June an increase of 45% over May 2018. The average days on market was 29. The average list price was $588,198, and total sales volume for detached homes increased by 44% over last month. Sales are increasing and the market is starting to improve after a slow few months!
