Barrie Real Estate Market Update May 2019

 In May 2019 for detached and semi-detached homes, Barrie saw an average sale price of $553,733 which was a slight decrease from the average sale price last month. There was a total of 172 detached homes sold for May which was an increase from the number of homes sold in April. The average days on market was 26. The average list price was $588,538 for May and the total sales volume was $91,062,684 which was an increase in sales volume compared to April.
