Barrie Real Estate Market Update September 2019

In September 2019 for detached and semi-detached homes, Barrie saw an average sale price of $540,804 which was a slight increase from the average sale price for the previous month. There was a total of 158 detached homes sold for September which was an increase from the number of homes sold in August. The average days on market was 34. The average list price was $592,909 for September and the total sales volume was $85,447,022 which was an increase in sales volume compared to August.
