Market Update April 2018

In April 2018, Barrie saw an average sale price of $515,111. This was a 5.9% decrease from the average sale price last month. There was a total of 120 detached homes sales for April and the average days on market was 19. The average list price was $592,626, with total sales volume for detached homes increasing by 8.1%.
