In October 2019 for detached and semi-detached homes, Barrie saw an average sale price of $545, 895 which was a slight increase from the average sale price for the previous month. There was a total of 168 detached homes sold for September which was a 6.33% increase from the number of homes sold in September. The average days on market was 31. The average list price was $607,390 for October and the total sales volume was $$91,710,297 which was an increase in sales volume compared to September.
