In May 2018, Barrie saw an average sale price of $540,307, which was a 4.89% increase from the average sale price last month. There was a total of 116 detached homes sold for May, with the average days on market being 31. The average list price was $604,848, and total sales volume for detached homes increased by 1.39% over last month.
