Barrie Real Estate Market Update January 2019
In January 2019 for detached and semi-detached homes, Barrie saw an average sale price of $493,391 which was a decrease from the average sale price last month. There was a total of 75 detached homes sold for January which was a decrease from the number of homes sold in December. The average days on market was 35. The average list price was $584,707 for January. Total sales volume for January was $38,033,338 which was a decrease in sales volume compared to December.
