Barrie Real Estate Market Update April 2019

 In April 2019 for detached and semi-detached homes, Barrie saw an average sale price of $554,926 which was a slight increase from the average sale price last month. There was a total of 150 detached homes sold for April which was an increase from the number of homes sold in March. The average days on market was 27. The average list price was $613,573 for April and the total sales volume was $84,109,950 which was an increase in sales volume compared to March.
