Barrie Real Estate Market Update August 2019

In August 2019 for detached and semi-detached homes, Barrie saw an average sale price of $539,608 which was a slight increase from the average sale price last month. There was a total of 150 detached homes sold for August which was an increase from the number of homes sold in July. The average days on market was 35. The average list price was $596,939 for August and the total sales volume was $80,941,204 which was an increase in sales volume compared to July.
