We have collected data on detached homes sold within the City of Barrie for July 2018. We found during July 2018 for detached homes, Barrie saw an average sale price of $538,994 which was a 0.9% increase from the average sale price last month. There was a total of 124 detached homes sold for July an increase of 26.5% over July of last year. The average days on market was 34.

The average list price was $571,702, and total sales volume for detached homes increased by 25.5% over last year at the same time. Sales are starting to increase compared to last year. However the average sale price for July 2018 is lower compared to the average sale price during July 2017, this is an important factor to consider.
