We have collected data on detached homes sold within the City of Barrie for August 2018. In August 2018 for detached homes, Barrie saw an average sale price of $516,858 which was a 4.10 decrease from the average sale price last month. There was a total of 143 detached homes sold for August which was an increase of 15.32% over last month. The average days on market was 41. The average list price was $560,908. Total sales volume increased 42.6% for August of this year compared to August of last year.
