In October 2018 for detached homes, Barrie saw an average sale price of $539,021 which was a small increase from the average sale price last month. There was a total of 124 detached homes sold for October which was an increase in the number of homes sold for September. The average days on market was 39. The average list price was $560,607 for October. Total sales volume for October was $66,466,550 which was a decrease in sales volume this time last year.
